The Goonies movie review
Every so often I come across a movie from my childhood and ask myself, “Is this really as good as I remember?” and I have to say, The Goonies is not only as good as I remember, but better. The story is really easy and simple to follow. A group of kids find a treasure map in the attic and decide to find the treasure. The map takes them through a series of tunnels that begin inside an old abandoned restaurant. Inside the restaurant, escaped felons are hiding out and printing counterfeit money. The kids stumble upon this operation and when the bad guys find them, the kids hide inside the tunnels and begin looking for the treasure with the felons in hot pursuit.
